Great bartenders and good product
They sold me these Covert Carts. Literal poison, I wouldn't let my worst enemy smoke these. They literally gave me a respiratory infection. The second I switch carts I immediately knew the difference. Over 12 years of smoking and that was the worst product I have ever seen. They refused to refund me for the carts or even credit me the balance. Long time customer and when you have a problem, they flip you the bird. Poor customer service. I'll just take my business somewhere else.
As a very regular customer for 2-3 years at this west Salem location I am so sad to say that I no longer feel comfortable going here for my fun goodies. One of the budtenders looked at my ID and added me on Facebook , which just ruined the environment for me and it just became too awkward to want to go again. don’t become a regular if u don’t want one of the bud tenders to add u on Facebook one day and then staff making it painstakingly awkward for you . also reported it to a manager and he’s still there so idk take that as... read more
So I am a medical patient, I have been coming to OG for a long time and I have never felt so attacked by anyone there until now. I bought a gram the price said 5 dollars for medical I went to my car came back less then a min later and told them they overcharged me the gram said it was 5 they charged me 8.33 not a lot but these days every dollar really counts. The guy was completely passive aggressive about it but finally did the refund after calling his boss. Just never had that kind of rudeness before.
