Don't believe the hours online. Just drove an hour and a half to get here. 3:30pm on a Monday.
Dropped off my chainsaw. It wasn't running had no spark never got a call on progress. Had to keep stopping in for updates did that for a couple weeks waited a month stopped in said i would get a call. Got a call in a couple of days telling me the bearing were bad and the saw wasn't worth fixing. It was around a 3 year old saw. Never was told to pick it up or anything so i don't if they lost it or what.
Purchased a house the previous owner left a year old mower behind I couldn't get it started, took it to Ofstad 3 days later I had a running mower. Needed a carb cleaning.
Needed a bigger chainsaw for storm cleanup, and I prefer to buy from a local dealer that will service it as opposed to a box store. I knew what I wanted going in, and I got a few general questions answered on the way out.
