Spent a few thousand here. Bought a riding mower, a chainsaw, a weed eater. Chainsaw didn't run right since I got it. Immediately its "are you starting it right?". Yes.... They took a look at it and I got it back. Really really difficult to start. Like pull it 30 times until you get it running- almost have to drop start it to get it running. Service above and beyond expectations! I only wish there were more companies that showed the same level of courtesy and customer support as I received from Lacy. The next time I need a landscaping tool, I'll be happily returning to Ofstad of Hurley, WI to buy it.
Don't believe the hours online. Just drove an hour and a half to get here. 3:30pm on a Monday.
Dropped off my chainsaw. It wasn't running had no spark never got a call on progress. Had to keep stopping in for updates did that for a couple weeks waited a month stopped in said i would get a call. Got a call in a couple of days telling me the bearing were bad and the saw wasn't worth fixing. It was around a 3 year old saw. Never was told to pick it up or anything so i don't if they lost it or what.
