This is our second time prom dress shopping here, and I 100% recommend it! Mirna is SO helpful, and she goes above and beyond to help you find your dream dress!! Not only her, but the other staff are also so kind and helpful, and they all help make shopping and trying on dressing an amazing experience. We loved the shop and the customer service until the dress we ordered did not arrive and would not arrive for the event. We understood that this was not the dress shops fault, but when we were refunded, a 12.95 transaction fee was still charged to us even though this was not out fault and if what we paid for was not delivered we should be refunded in entirety and not charged a transaction fee.
