There were some communication issues in the beginning before my son's surgery with scheduling however it ended up working itself out and the surgery was scheduled and the surgery was successful. Dr. Ballard is awesome and very knowledgeable. Her staff were very attentive and supportive to his needs. She even followed up personally after his surgery which I found very caring and professional.
Dr. Ballard and her team were very friendly and professional. They were able to extract my wisdom tooth as well as the adjacent molar in a timely fashion. Dr. Ballard even called me later that day to follow up and see how I was doing. Thanks so much APEX! I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for great oral surgery team.
