Thank you Dr Ballard and team! I was very anxious about getting a tooth pulled since it was my first time. Everyone was very reassuring, made sure to let me know what to expect with every step, and Dr Ballard made sure that I comfortable throughout the procedure. She had the tooth out and stitched up in about 10 minutes. The pain the day of was very manageable with OTC pain meds and I was very surprised to have absolutely no pain the next day! Everyone was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, the front desk made us feel welcomed and at ease. The assistants were so kind and thorough, taking the time to explain everything and help my kiddo feel comfortable. The doctor was incredibly professional and even called and checked in a few hours later, which meant more than I can say. You can truly feel how much this team cares. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
I brought my husband in for an infected tooth that needed to be extracted, and Dr. Ballard and her team were amazing from start to finish. My husband has a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental visits, but they were incredibly patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They made a stressful situation so much easier for him. We’re very grateful for the care he received and would highly recommend Apex Oral Surgery to anyone needing extractions!
