Went here to have a parenting plan rewritten and nearly 3 months and thousands of dollars later I still have yet to receive the correct parenting plan that could take "up to a month 1/2 to enter the courts before a judge" which is wild because the county my case is in isn't exactly flooded with cases.... Communication is terrible I cannot count how many times ive been told I would be sent something regarding my case by the end of the day to still have received nothing DAYS later. I reach out in the am to schedule the 15 minute consultation, get scheduled for 1:00 pm I wait for a call from 1:00 until 1:23, I finally call into the office to get rescheduled to 1:45. Attorney calls me at 1:45, I spend five minutes explaining the situation. After that, the connection drops before I get any feedback from the attorney on what the firm can do. 0/10. As a former legal assistant in family law, O'Flaherty Law is a joke for a law firm. DO NOT HIRE. The paralegal was nice and communicated well, the attorney was average but made very strange filing mistakes. They absolutely also forgot about me during my first month because I'm confused why it took so long to draft a simple Petition? And this was a no-kid, amicable divorce.
