This law firm is a joke!! No customer service whatsoever!! I hired James Dickinson to cover two particular things. I paid the retainer and he did not do either then charged me for quitting on my case. If I was you I would save time and money and not use this law firm at ALL
The person who took my call was friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule a consultation immediately
Just so everyone is aware 15 mins free consultation, or 30 mins $200. Not enough time to feel confident when you know you are going to spend thousands later on...
