I concluded my case with O'Flaherty early as things changed, not due to any issues with the firm. Unfortunately the experience after that was very disappointing. 1 legal inquiry while the case was open went unanswered, and another legal request was invoiced for with actions taken by the legal team but those actions taken were never explained to me (what was attempted, what happened, what now?).
