Unfortunately due to work schedules I can’t make it to Brent’s gym but because of his extensive knowledge and experience he has given me the tools to maintain my goals until I can get back to his Gym as I will not work out anywhere else . His nutrition knowledge has set me up with so much energy that I even find myself saying WOW I feel amazing. His meal plan gave me the tools to recover after cancer treatment. We are so blessed to have him and his gym in our town. Thank you Brent !
