I genuinely do not know who/what this company is but they have been very unpleasant, unhelpful, and unprofessional. They reach out about a year ago stating they are taking over a debt that I was not aware of being sent to them as I was still paying off my debt with the current company and payment were coming out of my account. Michelle Smith who is the manager is the nastiest person there. The way she speaks to you is very condescending. I will be filing a complaint to the better business bureau. She has threatened to sue me. She is a nasty person all around and this company should be ashamed to employ ppl like her.
These people are very rude they will and can drop calls on you, they won’t even listen or hear you talk, they don’t see you as client but a defaulter to even come to a form of an agreement with you. I pray no one comes into contact with them. They will make you feel like killing yourself as if people plan to be in debts.
My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing and concerning. I have always made my payments to my loan company on time and maintained sufficient funds in my account, yet they have falsely accused me of missed or NSF payments—despite previously admitting fault for a failed withdrawal attempt on their end in 2024. From the beginning, I made every effort to cooperate, communicate openly, and comply with payment arrangements that they themselves proposed.
