Fortunately I don’t have a problem with the Dr. Arnau services or treatment. The problem is the receptionist, she is very rood and very very unprofessional. I missed one visit due to an oversight on my calendar, and I called to apologize and reschedule my visit. Her answer was, the Dr. does not like people missing their appointments so I will give you an appointment for October, I said that my arm really hurts a lot, if she can give me an earlier date.
