I scheduled an appointment for my Dad expecting timely service, only to arrive and be told I’d still have to wait over two hours. Apparently, they treat all customers as walk-ins regardless of whether you book ahead or not. What’s the point of setting up an appointment if it means absolutely nothing? This is incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of time. If you value your schedule or expect even basic respect as a customer, I’d highly recommend going elsewhere
