This is such an amazing boutique! Staff is amazing and their clothing is good quality and one of a kind. I got my wedding dress here as well and I am in love with it!! Update: My experience at Offwhite was incredible in the beginning but when it came down to the delivery of the actual dress, it quickly became a nightmare. Had an appointment, confirmed by text and email. Confirmation again the day before. Got there and the place is empty. Zero stars. No communication since.
Tried going 2/18/2023 and they were closed with a for lease sign in the window… we were able to book an appointment online and everything but drove to salt lake for not reason lol
I placed an order online on December 28, 2022. On January 3rd I got an email notification that the label had been created; I received a tracking number from UPS. It's now January 20, 2023, and there has not been one single update. OffWhite does not answer their phone. Their voicemail box is full. The number on their website receives texts, but I have received zero response from anybody after reaching out multiple times. Starting to think I got scammed. Made a bridal appointment here and they confirmed with me via text and email, but we arrived today to find a totally empty shop. We couldn’t get ahold of anyone via phone or text, their number goes straight to voicemail. I drove to utah specifically for dress shopping and planned on this appointment, now we can’t get another one last minute on a Saturday. I would give zero stars if possible.
