I was initially worried when I saw some of the negative google reviews but we had a completely positive experience with Marianne. She was extremely kind, patient, and helpful, giving us so much time to answer all our questions. I just wanted to make sure other parents also saw positive reviews in case the negative ones worried them like they did me.
Dr. Freya has been very supportive and very thorough with her examinations to get to the bottom of my daughter's illness. The reception staff has been very friendly and helpful, every time I have a question for Dr. Freya outside our appointment time, they are very diligent finding the answers to my questions. Thank you all, 100% recommended.
This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated with what I can only describe as one of the worst specialist services in Melbourne. I will NEVER return. I scheduled a paediatric appointment and was repeatedly contacted by staff to reschedule, seemingly to accommodate the doctor’s busy schedule. I understood the need for flexibility, so I agreed.
