Crystal was awesome at helping me. She was stuck trying to cope with Uhauls complete customer service mess up and she bent over backwards to try to help me. Her customer service skills are stellar and Off-road performance is a business I would happily return to. That said -U-Haul the company makes her life a lot more difficult than necessary.
Poor communication, installed the wrong tow package, had to bring back a second time for them to fix my wiring then bring to Edmonton for someone else to fix and install proper. Wouldn’t recommend paying $1300 for this service
I rented from here before and wasn't impressed with the service. Came back a few years later and still not impressed
Just a shout out to Crystal for going above and beyond when we went to rent a U-Haul. She informed me of a better option to save us some money. It was a tough situation as my father had passed away and I had to travel to Bonnyville from Sherwood park to gather his belongings and back the same day. She called and got me an extra day rental for free as I didn’t know if I could make the trip in time for drop off, this while she was leaving on a holiday and already gone from my understanding.
