Just a shout out to Crystal for going above and beyond when we went to rent a U-Haul. She informed me of a better option to save us some money. It was a tough situation as my father had passed away and I had to travel to Bonnyville from Sherwood park to gather his belongings and back the same day. Picked up a UHaul from here, the equipment was clean and got us from Bonneyville to Chicago IL with no issues. The woman that helped us was so nice and helpful! We'd rent from this location again if we needed to!
They were late opening by over 30m with a scheduled appointment for equipment pick-up. Had to call UHaul to get an update as the number this business displays doesn't work.
Awesome Place! Awesome Staff! 10/10 would recommend!
