My husband and I searched for a caravan for almost 12 months. This was our 1st full sized caravan, having owned 3 camper trailers before this (2 were custom builds). Picked up our new Off-road Grit caravan recently from Caboolture with a well informed handover. Having travelled for 4 weeks and just over 4,000 kms we are confidently impressed with the total build, visual anppearance and workmanship. Love the disc brakes and Cruisemaster ATX3 suspension together with a host of standard inclusions and a few other options added. We could not recommend Off Road Grit RV highly enough. We were one of the first 5 Vans built with them and the one on one contact that you have with Mark and Rachel from Start to Finish is just amazing. When you turn up for Handover Day you have become part of the Family. The Van is built to the highest quality standard and outshines any other brand available. We love being apart of the Off Road Grit RV Family.
Mark, Rachel and the team at Offroad Grit RV were an absolute delight to work with from conception to completion. We first approached them with nothing more than ideas and some sketches, from that we worked hard on the design and layout until we were happy with the internal design. The systems integral to the van were accommodated as we pushed the limits of battery tech, solar and even handling our dual inverter request. We were given the privilege to take one of these vans out for the weekend and we have to say the attention to detail is second to none. The van towed like a dream and there are so many little things that have been put in with real impact (you can tell the owners are caravanners!!). 100% have a chat to these guys about building your dream custom van! :)
