We love ORC! Best service experience ever for regular maintenance issues on our ORC Mercator camper! We have had horrible experiences trying to deal with Camping World in the past. But at ORC, Chad Sims (GM) and Wyatt Grad (Customer Service) took a real interest in us, answering all the questions we had. The hospitality extended to us from Shelly (in the office) was sincere and so refreshing compared to other camper dealerships.
I can’t say enough good things about ORC Campers and my experience with the Murcator X4. We recently purchased an offroad Conqueror 440 camper from Offroad Campers, and the entire experience has been fantastic from start to finish. The sales team was knowledgeable and made the buying process smooth. After taking the camper out for the first time, we encountered a couple of minor issues.
