I put in an application and it was denied. Mind you, I could put more down than what they were asking. But this company likes to pull hard inquires on your report, without returning your phone calls or texts. What type of business runs like this? A fraudulent one!!! 🗣️ If I receive one more alert on my credit file from this place without my consent, I will be reporting to the police. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!!! 🧿🧿🧿
Great fast service Xavier took care of us was able to get a truck easily I highly recommend coming here
I did come late and was in a rush! luckily Xavier did reassure me he was willing to go the extra mile and help me after hours , I did end up getting my vehicle of choice with top quality service and very helpful tips for the next time I make a vehicle purchase thank you again Xavier and I will be coming back for another vehicle :)
Went in yesterday and asked the sales man about a truck, he said 2k down would do it for in house financing. So we did the application only for them to come back 15min later to say the finance manager said we were denied because I don’t live in San Antonio. When I’m literally 29min away from their lot. I’m sure there are people who live in different parts of San Antonio that are about the same amount of distance i am from their lot. But I guess they didn’t want or need my business
