They left the strut bolt on my LCA loose and I replaced a CV axle because my vehicle was experiencing popping and clicking when turning and when the suspension flexed. All I went in for was a balance and alignment. Bunch of clowns without the funny jokes. As a extra bonus I got to watch a couple shop techs talk smack on another customer who had just walked out the door. Very unprofessional and a bit of a joke that they left me with a loose bolt. That stupid CV axle cost me $500 for nothing.
Excellent customer service and high quality parts. They took good care of me with installing some Rough Country control arms and Adams Driveshafts 1310 driveshafts for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. HIGHLY recommend them!!!!
