Wry throurgh, professional and affordable.
Their Customer Service is so Incompetant it is beyond any comprehension. 1st level yeah they know basics and are helpful what they can. They just had issues with their email servers where they made the changes to the domains and without any testing or customer notice /awarnes their second level support decides to change the mail server and if you are outlook user/IMAP you tend to lose all your emails/files/ etc. Since their cheap webmail servers or person in-charge doesn't have a clue of making sure that files/folders create... read more
Very unpleasant experience with their Billing Office. I tried to cancel my subscription with Officite for the upcoming year, but they would not allow me to do so, because the bill is past due. I did not consent to renew my services, I don't want to use them, yet they are threatening to send me to Collection for services that I do not want. Tried calling their billing office a few times but no one answers.
