I was away on holiday in the Cotswolds and had a fault on my 458 Specialé Dick Lovett took the car in on a moment's notice and pulled all the stops out to fix it within a few hours I couldn't thank them enough my holiday was about to be ruined and they saved the whole holiday thank you so much

To have a service resulting in a cross-threaded drain plug, necessitating a new part, is certainly concerning and points to a lack of care and attention to detail. Furthermore, the extended wait time for the replacement part, during which my car was apparently left outside, leading to a damp interior, is completely unacceptable for a vehicle of this caliber.
