We have had two of our children take driver training with ODS and we have very much enjoyed our experience. The drives are scheduled on the portal and the instructor has helped us schedule drives when the schedule is full. It has been easy to work with them and the instruction is great.

Students need a certain number of drives to qualify for a learner's permit. Official driving school doesn't schedule the drives. And when they do get scheduled they get canceled. We've had to call them five times now to get drives for our daughter. We shouldn't have to beg to get them to do the service that we're paying them to do. Update: The reply below is disingenuous. The segment 1 class was great. The company's service changed once the drives had to be scheduled. The first three drives were easy to schedule, the last three, not so much. I called and spoke to customer service a few times to ask them when more opening would be available and each time I got a different answer. I have spent a lot of time dealing with this company just trying to get finished with segment 1. They tell you someone will call you back, that never happen.
