Students need a certain number of drives to qualify for a learner's permit. Official driving school doesn't schedule the drives. And when they do get scheduled they get canceled. We've had to call them five times now to get drives for our daughter. We shouldn't have to beg to get them to do the service that we're paying them to do. Update: The reply below is disingenuous. The segment 1 class was great. The company's service changed once the drives had to be scheduled. The first three drives were easy to schedule, the last three, not so much. I called and spoke to customer service a few times to ask them when more opening would be available and each time I got a different answer. This is insanely frustrating. This is a very poorly organized poorly run program. I have now called four times to get my daughter the drives. There are never openings on the schedule. Everything just keeps getting delayed. She finally had her drives and the driver canceled them. I have called the main office multiple times. My son has loved the driving portion of the class! His instructor has been very calm, supportive and helpful!
