I had an extremely bad experience with official driving school. My first appointment was scheduled for 7:00 AM, and the customer service representative was very rude and strict about making sure I arrived on time. We arrived at 6:30 AM. I made sure to be there early with both my teenager and my baby, only for nobody to show up. We sat there waiting until 8:30 AM before anyone finally called back and said the appointment needed to be rescheduled do the Instructor not feeling well, which could’ve been communicated well before ... read more
