The school is very good and made it easy for my daughter to complete her course. However the bay city MI instructor Linda was not a very good instructor. She was very rude to my daughter. Stomping on breaks for no reason grabbing the wheel from her and being very rude to her during the zoom classes. and after the first drive my daughter didn’t even want to go back. If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a joke. My son who has major anxiety was verbally abused by his instructor, made it so he couldn't even go and then they charge 30 dollars for something they caused. We finally get through the program and now they are saying he missed a class that he has notes written down from. Warning for parents with kids that are nervous about driving, my son doesn't even want his license because of the experience with this company.
My name is Garrett E. My instructor Linda was very helpful and made sure we knew everything we needed to. She even made sure we had it study guides ready well before the test. I would recommend this drivers ed course to anyone looking for a quick to the point class.
