Have had good experiences before, usually has what you need. Counter staff are always lovely. Went in today with a specific poster frame size. Had stock but I thought I’d just go and grab it in person instead of click and collecting. Asked a staff member and they sort of just brushed me off and pointed me to the wall where the frames were. I could not find the frame I was looking for, I believe it was just further up on the shelf where I couldn’t reach.
