The girl behind the print counter when I came yesterday was amazingly helpful!
Pathetic customer service from Officeworks. Needed a product that I didn’t know the exact name or brand of. Despite spending time trying to locate it online (terrible search engine) I ended up calling the store. AI generated voice fobbed me off and redirected me to the website to search for the product. Frustrating and leaving my enquiry totally unresolved with no other option but to drive 23km to the closest store to resolve. Self service photo kiosks are a joke. Tried to transfer my photos and they said transferring for ages then lost everything, then it said error. Switched to another machine and spent ages selecting photos and again wouldn't transfer or frozen, then lost it all. What an absolute waste of time. Will be going to kmart in future
