I was extremely disappointed with the customer service here. The staff seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. I expected better professionalism from a business like this.
Another binding problem, again Officeworks — this time a different location. Again they came up with excuses. They said they would make a booking for three days later. I even accepted that. I just wanted to get this done at an Officeworks store. But unfortunately, while the girl was taking notes, she was gossiping with another staff member. She kept me waiting there for half an hour. They don’t even answer calls.
Avoid buying WiFi printers they only cause more of an inconvenience no they do not make life easier. Try to get one the needs a cable not stupid WiFi. I ended up putting the $57.00 HP in the trash thats all it was good for in the end!!!
Unfortunately self serve photo printing from iPhone no longer works here (or at Virginia Officeworks, so must be a bug with the system). I have before previously used both the WiFi and cable options. But now if using WiFi, once the photos are selected, they never show on the machine. If using cable it either doesn’t work, or if it works and you select the option of last 100 photos, it selects a random bunch that are neither the last 100 taken nor edited or modified in any way.
