Went to Officeworks Wetherill Park on 5/07 around 5 PM to scan a passport. The machines were overexposing the image, so I went to the counter for help. The guy there was rude, cut me off, raised his voice, and told me to do it myself without even listening. No interest in helping at all. USELESS customer service
To the guy with long beard and ear ring, I got the robot from another outlet and that too price matched. Have a wonderful life.
