Workers are so rude. I asked the male worker nicely today if he had something in stock. He was unbothered and had a rude tone. He said ‘I search it up on the website and ‘in store’ in a very condescending tone. Please train your staffs basic manners.
I asked an employee to help add paper to the printer. He said he was very busy and asked me to wait. I waited for about ten minutes. He served several customers but still didn't come. Very poor service!
I went to Officeworks to print some cards and was helped by Santa. She was so patient and kind, even though it took a bit of time and it was almost closing time. She never once made us feel rushed or bothered and provided such amazing customer service. Really appreciate her help.
