Good customer service. Reasonable prices
Worst Officeworks I have ever been to and I have been to some real bad ones! Real disgusting behaviour by the manager Peta who made me wait over 20 minutes for a refund then had the nerve to tell me an excuse that goes against my consumer rights. Head office needs to take note and retrain staff in the company's legal obligations towards their customers in regards to consumer law.
