Bought a laptop for my wife. The sales guy clearly told us about change of mind and the 30 days return policy. Went back to return an unused but opened laptop. Marco was on duty and denied the return. When I told him about what the sales guy said, Marco replied: next time record it so we know you are telling a truth. I made mistake to use my gift card here. Somehow I was confused to valid merchant and I headed to officeworks to use my gift card. But the staff member kindly tried to make payment for me twice. Of course, it was declined but I had to appreciate to him. It may work.
