Absolutely appalling customer service – discriminatory and rude I had one of the worst experiences at Officeworks when purchasing a dashcam. The staff member’s behavior was beyond unacceptable. I asked to have a proper look at the product features before buying, and instead of simply letting me hold the box and check it, she clutched it like I was about to steal it. Seriously?
