Terrible service. I waited 35 minutes just to use the self-service printer. It ran out of paper, and the staff (who honestly looked about 15 years old and completely untrained) spent 20 minutes trying dozens of keys just to open it. When they finally found the right one, they moved at a snail’s pace loading paper while “training” each other, as if customers hadn’t already been waiting forever. No apology, no urgency, nothing. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.
Have been to lots of different officeworks many times - Alleluya was the best service I’ve had. I didn’t need much but he was helpful, positive and made the experience great. He was the same for the customer in front of me, just going above and beyond - give that man a raise!!
My go-to for stationery, office supplies and copying/printing. Staff are approachable and willing to assist with the self-service if you encounter problems (like I did!) There are four self-serve copy machines and three self-serve photo print machines (one printer) as well as over the counter services which include much more than just copying and printing, for example I have them scan large amounts of (hard copy) pages to a USB drive, print documents from a USB drive to spiral bound booklets, laminate photos and print an A1 ... read more
