I walked into Burleigh Officeworks this morning with the confidence of someone who’s never successfully used a printer in their life (because I haven’t reaaallllyyyy). Needed some A5 glossy GSM cards printed for work, no clue what that even meant BUT thankfully, the lovely lady with nice eyelashes at the print desk did know. super helpful staff and fast service
I recently purchased a laminator from Officeworks, and it doesn’t work. Despite having the transaction date and their company name clearly visible on my bank statement - and the fact that this particular laminator is ONLY SOLD at Officeworks - I was refused an exchange as I didn't have a receipt. Apparently I was supposed to know it wouldn't work and expect to be coming back. Lesson learnt!
