Very disappointed with office work They say same day printing and once you ask for A2 poster they panic and refuse to do it. If you can't provide a service do not advertise it I went to Burleigh and Southport driving all the way from Coolangatta same excuse I'm sure they are not saying the truth because it can't be the same problem on many shops at the same time I'm very disappointed from the service and attitude
Every time I’m here it takes them ages to service a customer. I don’t understand why. They have over 10 staff on the floor but make it impossible to buy a computer or pick something up. Slowest customer service
Idk if the staff have been trained to do works from the printers but they don’t know what to answer when you ask something about it. Very unprofessional. I asked a girl how long it would take to take a quick magnetic photo and she laughed and said to her friend, "Maybe you know more about this." The other girl replied that she didn't know, maybe a day. I had previously gone to Robina Office Work and they said they could do it immediately but that they didn't have the magnetics in the store and that they didn't even know when... read more
