Needed to go tonight to print funeral booklets and Cooper at the printing area was an absolute legend!! Was so patient and helped my sister and me so much at a difficult time.
Appalling customer service I had an unacceptable experience at the West Burleigh Officeworks. I asked a simple question about submitting my child’s back to school book list and was dismissed by two staff members, both of whom told me it “wasn’t their job” or to “go online,” with zero attempt to assist. A third staff member, who appeared to be a manager, approached with a clear attitude, told me to “follow the instructions online, we don’t do it,” and then stormed off without offering help, clarification, or even basic courte... read more
