Probably the worst customer service in the GC. Twice in 1 week. The entitlement is off tap here. It’s all too hard for them to acknowledge you let alone assist/ god forbid an elderly person isn’t tech savvy. I suggest they take a reality check that when last I worked in customer service you acknowledged the customer first not the the other way around. Names withheld but the printing dept is terrible
Went to Officeworks Burleigh Heads to print some documents. The place wasn’t too busy, so it was quick and easy to get things done. There’s also convenient parking available, which made the visit even better. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience
