Older staff here and extremely lack knowledge. Almost like theyre refusing the technology theyre hired to sell... very confusing.

Had the worst service from KELVIN, he is so rude not very helpful worker and he didn't even ask for my flybuys. I can't even claim back my points unless I do a refund and purchase it again and the refund returns in 3-5business days. I wish I never purchase from this store. Never again!
