Terrible experience at Officeworks Werribee I went to this store today with a friend to buy a wireless microphone. We found the item we wanted, but the staff was completely untrained and unhelpful. Instead of assisting us properly, the staff member refused to give us the product, insisting we must pay first before even being shown the item.
