Poor experience with lamination Seems poorly staffed Came for some help with printing and lamination on Tuesday 31 march at approx 3:50. Lady at the counter basically ignored me for 5 minutes. When I requested lamination, they to print it myself and then come back. Then also mentioned they have it on a backlog and it will not be done immediately (even though I called them beforehand with my specifications and they mention that both should be doable). Wonderful experience at Officeworks werribee , the store person helped herself without even asking for help and explained the self serve print options which made the experience awesome and a quick breeze. Highly recommend.

I went there not long ago with my family and we were helped by a friendly young lady named Madi. Thank you Madi for being awesome.
I was there Monday but I keep getting annotation on my Samsung to leave feedback. So my wife who has a disability and we were amazed and felt like we were being treated as celebrities by the girl on the register. She was a blonde girl i think her name is Maddi. Very nice respectful and helpful!
