We visited to have my toddler’s passport photo taken and had a fantastic experience. Everyone was kind, gentle, and understanding when he — true to 2-year-old form — had a meltdown. The front desk staff even organised paper and stickers to distract him during the process. We ended up with a great photo and left with a happy little boy (arms covered in stickers!). Thank you!
Needed a new printer and was lucky that Luke was on duty. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, engaging and prepared to spend as long as it took to give us all the advice we needed. Bought the Canon printer he recommended and even though it needed to be replaced the next day (production line fault) he handled the changeover with courtesy and speed. Agree with the previous review - Luke is a gun. Build a statue of him and put it at the front entrance. AAAAA+++++

Nice staff
Probably the worst experience i’ve had in a while. Sales staff took 15 minutes just to research a product and do the price match. further more i was rejected the price match, from their competitor because “it raises red flag”. the sales staff also took my phone todo this research instead of looking it up on their own internal POS system. Finally they agreed on a price match where the price eas higher than the one i showed them, had no choice as this was only store that had stock.
