I was waiting for a order 2 weeks . In first week they send it to me a empty box. I had to wait another one more week just for a book.
Buy from a cheaper retailer online instead of Officeworks or this store. Wasted petrol money driving here because their website said they had stock (with no options to call and speak to someone at the store), to find they had no stock. Staff weren’t helpful and the manager couldn’t even be bothered talking to me. If you can’t get good human service from a teal store, may as well shop with a cheaper online option.
