I made a purchase on the online store where it stated same day delivery. On purchase it was changed to 7 days. I called the call centre who refused to intercept the order. I have now paid for goods I am unable to use. Officeworks denies that their website was inaccurate and would not even investigate or try to intercept the order.
Just want to thank Mark at office works Warana, he was very busy but went out of his way to persevere in finding an answer to a home theatre system I was having a problem with.
