The gentleman behind the printing department today lacks in customer service and motivation. Store was not busy and I needed to print 2 piece of paper A2 and A4 for a charity event. He made every excuse under company policy's sun to avoid printing, requiring a minimum 24hr period because he was flat out walking around the store looking busy. We needed a 2 page print out and the employee said we need to book in 24 hours in advance. We call another office works and they’re happy to do the printing today.
