I initially left a 1-star review due to the poor handling of a faulty Apple TV I purchased less than six months ago. The remote was malfunctioning (scrolling uncontrollably) and I was made to bring the entire device in its original packaging just to be told it would need to be repaired — not replaced. I left it on March 23 and was told it would take 2–3 weeks. After a week with no updates, I checked and found out it hadn’t even left the store yet. Self service system is barely okay. What makes it worse is attempting to ask for help. Stood at the desk for 5-10 minutes and watched 5 officeworks staff walk right past me at the counter 1 by 1 and huddle at the back of the area. Not this first time I’ve personally experienced this “service”
