It's okies not as nice as the Fyshwick store
28/8/2025 around 5:20 pm we were at Office work for printing documents. We felt we were not treated professionally, and felt that the customer service officer Shofana was not professional and lucked customer skills when dealing with me and my friends. She was rather unhelpful, unsupportive and at time she was rude, yelling and interrupting us. I recommend that this customer service officer offered extensive training and mentoring on how to provide and also offer quality service to officework clients equally. We hope that thi... read more
Worst customer service I've ever received, was in the store for nearly an hour before any staff member decided to help even asking a staff member for assistance as soon as I walked in, Won't be attending any time soon
