Great range at an affordable price (something that's harder and harder to find these days, huh?) and really helpful staff. Highly recommended.
Didn't have what I wanted in stock! I was advised the supply was due the previous day, however the item hadn't come in so was on back order! I was able to have it ordered and delivered to the blacktown store!
Unreliable delivery. I ordered online as I am time poor. My delivery said it was delivered, but it hasn't been delivered to this address. Officeworks customer service's resolve for this is that they can deliver it again tomorrow (which isn't very timely), or I can go get it using 2-hour 'click and collect' service. Officeworks does not take responsibility for delivering in a timely fashion. If you need an item, go get it yourself! Don't bother with delivery.
