Wow what can i say ,went there to buy new mobile tall young fella with red hair didn't get his name was very helpful but i wasn't sure so i went to jb @Tuggerah wouldn't go there again the staff in the ph dep were to busy standing right infront of the ph' ,and didnt move while female was going on bout her ph n boyfriend it took a lady from another section to come to help So thetefore i went back to officeworks and bought my ph All was great until i got home n had few probs mind you it wad me im not up to date with all this ,... read more
The staff in this branch are well trained and have good professional manners. Whereas the Gosford branch is the total opposite.
terrible customer service, stating that "some" overload items don't get one year swap. at odds with head office, who they refused to call.
Staff are rubbish Should fired them all working like holiday mode….no responsibility
