Officeworks same day printing has not been loading for three days. I went into the store at Tuggerah to print as I needed the address labels urgently. Self serve kiosk doesn’t do labels. Went to the printing desk to be told it would be a 72 hour turnaround. For 6 pages. He literally had the labels out in front of him. I offered to pay extra and pleaded with him for it to be done as it was urgent. There were staff standing around doing nothing everywhere. Small but effective
I went there the other day to get pictures printed (to send off to celebrities to sign) and on the computers you guys have a program the shows me and allows me to see the quality, I’ve had lovely people do this in the past but when I was there the other day the counter was empty, workers standing around and I was told to go to the machine to print it myself (in which I wouldn’t see the quality) what’s the point in hiring people if they ain’t gonna be there to assist with customers needs!
