The self serve printing kiosk was so fast and easy to use!
Paul provided exceptional customer service this evening. I had to print order of service for my grandmothers funeral on Wednesday and he made sure it was done just right. Thanks again.
This afternoon I had a simple copying job to do at Tuggerah and it doesn’t really matters who was right or wrong, but the way I got treated was appalling. The older, white haired & wearing glasses guy behind the counter was not helpful but rather arrogant and rude. Many thanks to the guy on the other copy machine that stood up for me and confirmed that he was rude.
