I just wanted to send a thank you to Nikki at your Trinity Gardens store. I had to return items from work and swap for a different size. I returned item with a different girl and when I went to swap them she said I needed my work card. While I understand you have policies this was extremely frustrating as it was a straight swap. Well then Nikki stepped in and saved the day. She allowed my work colleague to do a click and collect at work and send through to her so I could collect pretty much straight away.
