A huge thank you to the young man (I think his name was Daniel??) who helped me over the phone around 1pm yesterday. After receiving a damaged product via the 2-hour delivery service the day before, he arranged a replacement that was delivered to me within a couple of hours! He was beyond helpful and so pleasant to deal with and I hope that his Manager can pass on some well deserved recognition.
