Always have enjoyed shopping at Office Works Traralgon, however shopping there this evening looking to purchase a laptop, staff would rather talk to each other about their personal lives than offer assistance. When I asked where I would locate another item I was wanting to purchase, you would think I just interrupted a very important conversation between two staff members who looked at me in disgust for even asking and made to feel like I was being a nuisance. Used Officeworks Traralgon for urgent document printing and a few desk supplies. Quality was spot on and staff were helpful setting up the files. It was a bit busy so printing took ~10 minutes longer than quoted, but they kept me updated and the result was great. Prices fair, stock on hand, and plenty of parking out front.
