Had an issue with a product not pairing with my phone, Will and Jonathon were brilliant, spent a lot of time sorting the matter out so that I could fully understand how to use it
I got a surface 4 laptop from work and it only had one usb c port I think 3.2 . And one usb aport . And I got two monitors one with usbc and other with HDMI. I bought a 7 in 1 doc has Hdmi and c port . But ididnt work . Only hdmi monitor work . Went to Harvey Norman fountain gate and jb hi . They all told me I have to buy surface docking station which is $400. Else normal docking station not going to work . Then I went traralgon office work Friday after work . Omg this lovely young guy.
