Customer service was horrible. We asked a worker for help, informed us that he was with a customer and put a call out for someone else to come and assist us. Waited for half and hour and no one showed. 5 other workers walked past and didnt evan blink and eye lid. Not only did this happen to us but it happened to an elderly lady as well. Poor service.
Really bad experience with Officeworks Traralgon. I had printing and laminating done THREE times: • First order around $250 • Second around $200 • Third around $145 And the work was STILL not done properly. The laminating wasn’t even sealed properly — the paper could literally be pulled back out. I also waited around 4 hours for jobs to be completed, and after already waiting 3 days for only 30 pieces of printing, I expected much better service.
