I got a surface 4 laptop from work and it only had one usb c port I think 3.2 . And one usb aport . And I got two monitors one with usbc and other with HDMI. I bought a 7 in 1 doc has Hdmi and c port . But ididnt work . Only hdmi monitor work . Went to Harvey Norman fountain gate and jb hi . I had a complicated matter at Officeworks today. I was lucky enough to have a charming young man named Bayley, helping me. He was patient, helpful and sorted it out perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble. However when I went to pay, my debit card wouldn't work. I had no cash with me and felt terrible. In order not to embarrass me he said very quietly, take the articles and go. I trust you and know you will come back. Such empathy and thoughtfulness was overwhelming.
