Absolutely horrible experience dealing with Officeworks, paid for an item on click and collect with the intent to pick up in two hours, order sat in review all day so couldn't pick up the items I paid for, had to buy it again while they cancelled the click and collect order and refund me for something I already paid for, just to make this situation more fun they decided to deduct the entire amount from my account again after the refund was given without my consent, so I paid for the item 3 times all up, make it make sense pl... read more
