Its been 40mins standing and noone comes and says anything to you,its horrible
I am extremely disappointed with the experience we had at this store. What should have been a simple return turned into an unnecessary and distressing situation. The staff appeared far more focused on minor packaging details than on actually assisting customers in line with Australian Consumer Law. Our return was initially declined, and we were repeatedly blamed instead of being supported. Always stocked with what we need. Self serve printing is something you get used to, and if there are any problems/issues, staff are quick to step in and help. Staff are friendly, and helpful. Returns/click and collect/ orders are easily done here.
The state of office works taylors lakes. Reported litter issues at this store a number of times via phone and yet the store continues to allow litter to build up around its landscaped areas and carpark. Customers deserve better than to be presented with this when shopping at this location. Not good enough
Leaving 3 star because eventually I was helped by a nice staff, otherwise would have left 1 star because I encountered a staff member(Claudia), she didn’t bother to help me at all.
