Terrible service by Taurif. Very disrespectful, argumentative and angry young man. If he doesn’t like his job, he can go. Told me as the customer “I’ve treated him like s##t” Who speaks like that to customers? Would he speak like that to his mother? I’m twice his age. Unbelievable Unfamiliar with your price match guarantee and wouldn’t apologise when he made a mistake. Absolutely appalling behaviour

For a company as large as office works you can afford to put more staff on. I waited for 40 minutes from the time I got my release email for printing to the time I was actually handed my prints - I understand that the printer did jam and affect my prints so they had to be printed again, however we did watch multiple staff attend to other customers whilst my prints sat in the printer. It’s unfortunate as I’ve had positive experiences with them before

I want to start this by outlining how poor the customer service was last night on 10/08 between 6:30 and 7pm. (Please check cameras at the printer counter). Now I manage customer care teams and I am appalled at how unprofessional one of your staff members was last night. I was waiting in line to get something done. The elderly lady was at the counter as you exit, working hard, after waiting in line a while I was then served by Lara who was brilliant and getting to everyone one at a time while on the service desk next to her ... read more
