I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service at Officeworks Taren Point Road has pushed me to it. Every time I visit, there are long lines of customers waiting while multiple staff members wander around doing random tasks instead of opening additional registers. There are seven or more tills available, yet they consistently operate with just one, which makes the wait times ridiculous. It genuinely feels like customer service is the lowest priority here. Won't price beat, even though it's an Apple product with the exact same product code retailing cheaper at one of their competitors. Not grey stock, not refurb, a brand new product from a legit retailer. Then they wouldn't sell me an external SSD saying it's out of stock despite their website showing it's in stock at this location. Complete waste of time coming here. Edit: To update this review.
