We were in your store yesterday, 29/1/26, over 2 hours. Had many photos to be developed. Fabulous help from about 4 staff, especially Raes, just so good and patient. Machines useless. In the end Raes helped us process only 50 via online, meaning we need to pick them up from Illawong to Taren Point today. We also had “Time Out” often, as did other customers complaining. Last time we had photos processed we did not have this problem. We know at nearly 80 we are not technical savvy, but we are not that bad. Fran and John
