My local officeworks which of course is the best officeworks in Australia
Absolutely disgusting service from bec at the printing counter today. I was made feel stupid ,embarrassed , humiliated and yelled at. Please remember we are not all tech savvy and are here because we need help. I left in tears and will never set foot in there ever again. I will also be letting everyone I know how I was treated. Have spoken to store manager who was lovely but bec actions today were disgusting to an older person.
Fantastic customer service from Bec in the print centre. I had a problem with some printing that had been ordered online. I visited Taree this morning and Bec had it all sorted in a matter of minutes. A great experience with a staff member that went above and beyond. Thank you.
