Title: Absolute Rip-off and Appalling Customer Service by the Manager! I am extremely disgusted by the unfair pricing policy of this store and the utterly irresponsible attitude of the store manager. My wife purchased a Samsung S25 FE from this Stuart Park store on May 25th for the full retail price of $1,097. What’s the point of Click & Collect if customers still have to stand in the same queue as new orders and enquiries for 40+ minutes? There was absolutely no indication of a separate Click & Collect queue at the printing counter, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. On top of that, the customer service was disappointing — the staff at the counter barely spoke apart from “what’s your order number,” accompanied by eye rolls and attitude. Unfortunately this is my second bad experience with click and collect. I was informed via email part of my order was out of stock, I would need to wait 2 weeks, no problems. Go into the store to advise im here to pick up the first part of the order and there, in the middle of the floor is the second part of the order I was advised wasn't available.
