Teenage staff aren't into answering questions about the location of products. Went elsewhere.
Officeworks' Price Beat is a joke. They advertise it, but when you try to use it, they make the process difficult and find reasons to reject your claim. It feels more like a marketing trick than a real promise. Very disappointing.
Good range of products and helpful staff.
Pathetic customer service. I went to get a small piece of cardboard cut the useless lady behind the counter didnt seem interested told me they only cut paper and it had to be sent to melbourne. Then rolled her eyes and walked off saying that store policy. I have had cardboard cut there before no problems.
Terrible service from the staff on the photography section! They don't have any manners to deal with customer and no knowledge about the system. This is the only Officeworks in Darwin and people are so unlucky having such low quality service. Please train your staff properly.
