Very helpful staff
We purched a product that developed a fault after a couple of months. It was replaced under warranty when we called to the shop. Easy, efficient and the assistant that helped us was very switched on and pleasant. Well done Office Works.
Ordered products online. 2weeks later still no products. Tried calling multiple times to save driving and wasting more money on time and petrol. No answer. Arrived at Officeworks. Still no products sent. Needing a refund as leaving Darwin. Complete waste of time and money which seems to be the going trend with officeworks the past few years. Won’t ever purchase from officeworks again. I prefer to spend my money on company’s that actually care about customer satisfaction
Shop elsewhere. I have had to wait for a product for 12 days now only to be told it would be another day or two. JB Hifi on the other hand had a delivery from Melbourne to Darwin in under 24 hours.
