Fantastic service
I’m not one to leave reviews regularly, but my positive experience with Joanne warranted one. I recently visited Officeworks Strathpine to purchase a Google Nest WiFi Pro, and Joanne was the staff member that assisted me at the counter. I asked if she could price match Amazon, but she explained that they’re unable to price match a Prime Deal, as it’s a paid subscription. I said I completely understood and went to pay, but she went the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service by searching online for a similar deal/p... read more
