Shocking experience! Absolutely zero communication. Pathetic customer service. Don’t buy a laptop from them it will need repairs after a few months. Then another month to send it away for repairs. No apology. Nothing. Over a month now no laptop no refund. Told to come and pick up refund on arrival 3 different staff members had no idea. Absolutely clueless and shocking customer service.

Excellent staff service one stops hope for everything you need
Easy to find, with parking inside and on street most of everything i need I can get hwre at fair prices, great stuff who are helpful and have good knowledge across the board. The print me facility is great and if you need help they will come and show you...no matter how stuck I have got printing PDF etc they can show you how to get it right everything, nice bright store loaded with everything for the office.
