Went into Officeworks Rutherford today to get some printing. Was greeted by April and Myah at the print counter. I wanted some photos printed off my phone for my mothers funeral. I want to thank them both for assisting me with my photos. Those two girls were getting absolutely hammered at the counter, and still took the time to give outstanding service. I just want them to know they are doing amazing.
I normally have a great experience at Officeworks Rutherford. I do print lots of photos and ALWAYS at your store. For the past few months or even longer it is an ordeal to print your own photos. Your internet is shocking I know you have counter service but sometimes you want to take your photos with you You don't have enough staff on Print and Copy to help on the self print photo machines when customers have a problem. Inexperienced staff and a female Manger who wouldn't give a toss. Both need retraining in customer services. The old team where better and more approachable then the soar croute Manger. Would of it hurt to say I'm sorry your one page document is going to take 24- 48 hours? Online doesn't give you the same paper options or the orientation. You suck Officeworks Rutherford. For those in the same predicament to go Cessnock Print Place because Im never using Officeworks again for printing. You are done
