What should have been a quick 5-minute task turned into a 30-minute ordeal. The staff member at the desk didn’t know how to resize my daughter’s invitation to fit four on an A4 sheet, something I’ve done the same way for years. The lady at the printer section tonight (wed27aug) refused to help us out and print our documents. Me and my partner work full time and couldn't arrive any ealier. Mind u we arrived 1.5 hours before closing time. She didn't give us a reason as to why, just that its late and she didn't want to. We race to northlakes office works and the lovely lady even though shes actually flooded with work trys her best to help us out.
