Big store with lots inside. Staff have always been great here!!
I went to office works the other day and was trying to buy some new earbuds and luckily was greated with good customer service. a staff member named Andrew went through all the recomendations and which was the best product and gave out the pros and cons to nearly every product. This young gentalman was more than happy to help me and made my day.
I was looking around for a laptop and we ask Andrew from the work crew for a little help and advice, he gave my whole family an amazing experience and also explained what would be the best options for me. He was very helpful and respectful, thank you Andrew for this great customer service
If I could give one star I would, every single time I go in to print my stuff with them they act like I’m the biggest inconvenience ever, so much attitude and rudeness from both male and female worker. Every single visit, I would suggest putting on people who at least know how to give good customer service. It’s really not that hard to fake being nice. Her name is Leanne that’s all I know.
