Good self printing options
Best Officeworks in Melbourne, and often busy. The HR department must be good as the staff are terrific, especially in the copying section.
I use this place mainly out of convenience. Hit and miss with customer service depending on who get. Don't even attempt the price match as the product is scrutinized to the nth degree down to place of manufacture even though it is the same model and part number of the same brand. Anyway.....
Ella at the copy desk was very helpful. She was resourceful and professional and found the solution to a tricky book binding problem. She had excellent customer service skills and managed the flow of customers well.
