Returning incorrect A4 Diary's. Refunded and purchased correct size A5. 5/5 The first customer service person was helpful. Pointed me to where I was to go. Turn into aisle 12 on the right. 4/5 The 2nd person refunded back to card and charged the new Diary's to the card. There was a queue of 5 people. No one else to serve them. Took some time before anyone arrived. But then 2 people did.
Tried calling and impossible to get someone on the other end. On top of this, the automated message only wants you to visit the website rather than speak to a real person.
