Good selection of items, specifically if you’re looking for office specific things. The staff were lovely and helpful too.
Incompetent staffs. Staffs don’t seem care even how busy it was and not enough staffs.
didnt like the click and collect system. took 5 days before I could collect it. I should’ve bought it in store cause I saw I could buy it in this branch the next day. it’s odd though that my package that I collected came from another place. It was packaged like it came from auspost. You need to go to the cashier and wait at a corner for a staff to give you the collected item. The girl was just tired from going back and forth - why not let customers go to a booth instead like JBHifi.. the staff isnt running around.
