Don't order online, they take days just to even pack the order and ship it. Most good companies these days will endeavour to get orders out within 24 hours at the most. These guys don't hurry, that's for sure. It took me a week to receive one item, from an hour away. That's just bad! Their website tells you your expected day, but it obviously doesn't pass that message on to the people in the warehouse.
Shocking service a the photo print counter, first the self serve print wasnt working, but there wasnt any sign until you went to the printer, than the 30 minute wait because the girl didnt seem to know what she was doing with a simple print. Felt even sorrier for the guy in front of me who had being waiting longer for a passport photo, only to be told it's not working, and it hadnt being working for over a week, why after a week don't they have a sign up saying sorry it is out of action.
