I had a large end of financial year order and Leighton could not have been more helpful - he went above and beyond- excellent service.
Shout out to Chelsea at the service desk, for her patience in dealing with a price match on a Macbook and iPhone, and for being a good sport about it. A good egg.
Horrible experience. We went in to buy a laptop. Had to hunt for someone to actually serve us - we knew what we wanted so it took all of two seconds. Person was completely indifferent. Waited at the front counter as instructed for over 25 minutes for someone to bring out the laptop we requested. We ended up leaving as waiting so long with 2 kiddos was just ridiculous. We won't ever be back.
