Officeworks O’Connor is by far the most welcoming, pleasant shopping experience. Every time I go into the store, the staff are genuinely friendly and warm. The manager, Gautham, is incredibly helpful and patient, nothing I asked ever felt like too much trouble. I couldn’t recommend this store highly enough. Their service is consistently excellent, and it makes such a difference as a customer.

Horrible customer service, every time. Most employees are just teenagers having a chat while there are over five people waiting in line. Save yourself some time and go to the Fremantle location.
Not the place to go if you want an easy online ordering experience or your purchases delivered on the day that is listed on the tracking information. They only get two stars because there have been good deals once in a while.
Today I went to make a copy and left my document inside the photocopier. I hope to find it tomorrow. Please keep it if you find it; I will come for it. Thank you so much
