Really friendly and helpful staff.
They are useless you ask them what you need and they don't give u information about the product do not come here I got hope this officeworks shut down
Rude staffer who curtailed my printing because she had a queue of four people behind me (Store has 2 printers). I had 40 pagers and would happily have suspended my printing in order to eliminate the queue. But, for the staff member to feel that she has the right to stop my printing is a low blow. Please train your staff to “politely “ request customer cooperation in order to facilitate a more reasonable outcome. Not a rude , kindergarten style, stoppage!
UPDATE: Still price match fraud!! Attempted today with a “we can match the price, however not provide the 5% price beat guarantee”. They make you wait 15minutes whilst they decide. FALSE ADVERTISING IS A CRIME. Price match fraud! Officeworks would rather waste my time to rip me off than price match any other price!! The ridiculous excuses as to why they can’t!! Remove your price match fraud advertising and learn customer service!!
All good but most of the time you go to the store and they don't have what your after as everything's online only, why have a store front
